AI X-Ray Lab provides independent research and analysis services focused on AI visibility intelligence. Our services include:

• AI Visibility Pulse ($47): A 12-point scorecard analyzing your brand's visibility across 3 major AI models, delivered within 24 hours
• AI Visibility X-Ray ($497): A comprehensive 5-page executive report analyzing your brand across 5 AI models, including competitive positioning and actionable recommendations, delivered within 48 hours

Research Methodology

Our research involves querying AI models (including but not limited to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Copilot) with strategic prompts to understand how these systems perceive, frame, and recommend your brand relative to competitors.

Deliverables

All reports are delivered as PDF documents via email and contain proprietary analysis, screenshots of AI responses, and strategic recommendations. Reports are confidential and intended solely for your internal use.

User Obligations

Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when purchasing our services, including:

• Valid company website URL
• Legitimate business email address
• Accurate competitor information
• Relevant search queries for your business

Legitimate Business Purpose

Our services are intended for legitimate business intelligence purposes. You may not use our services to:

• Gather intelligence on behalf of a competitor without disclosure
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our research methodology
• Use reports for illegal or unethical competitive practices
• Resell or redistribute our reports without written permission

Confidentiality

You acknowledge that our research methodology and analysis techniques constitute trade secrets and confidential information of AI X-Ray Lab.

Payment Terms

Pricing and Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are clearly displayed before purchase and include all applicable fees. Payment is required in full before service delivery begins.

Refunds

Refund requests are governed by our separate Refund Policy. In general, we offer refunds only in cases where we fail to deliver the promised intelligence or where technical issues prevent report delivery.

Currency and Taxes

All prices are listed in US Dollars. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your jurisdiction.

Intellectual Property

Report Ownership

• No Guaranteed Results: We analyze current state but cannot guarantee future AI model behavior
• Sampling Methodology: Our testing uses specific prompts and may not capture all possible AI responses

Service Availability

We strive for high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to our website or services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice.
